PixelFlux modules
PixelFlux is a novel software for tissue and organ perfusion analysis via Doppler ultrasound videos.
The main module offers the basic functions you need for assessing the perfusion of any organ or part of organ. A key feature is the choice of an arbitrary region of interest (ROI).
The analysis module gives you an overview on the results of the perfusion examination. As a core principle, all calculations are based on a heart period. The innovative perfusion relief gives you a visual impression of the local distribution of the blood flow.
The database module stores and handles the examinations of all your patients and rounds off the PixelFlux package with everything you need to operate scientific studies. The central feature of the database is the comparison of perfusions of different examinations of the same organ and/or same other examination details.
